“𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐌𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬”
No two people in this world have the same brain anatomy, or fingerprints. We are absolutely unique, and the lives we have lived – and will go on to live – is an unfathomable mystery.
We are each like a peculiar mystery ball filled with a unique galaxy of stars that is held together by the force of life. We are like a mind-boggling book of riddles that can be interpreted in a hundred different ways and yet never fully comprehended. We are like a secret, boundless room that is filled with mysterious smoke; a room that is impossible to walk through with eyes opened. We are both seen and unseen. We will always be known and unknown.
Fear and doubt lives in the space of the unknown. It is in this space where life can feel too much and often, too hard. It is also here that pressure intensifies and regretfully, thrives.
What would change if we begin to recognise and appreciate the mystery that exists in every human being; in us and our clients? What would change if we begin to recognise that our role as coaches – and as people living lives – is not to solve the mystery, but to behold its beauty, and explore its vastness?
How would this change you?
