I got married just before the pandemic. And not long after, I discovered I was pregnant.
What unfolded in that season was one of the most challenging — and ultimately most transformative — periods of my life. The uncertainty hit on every front at once. The world was shutting down. And I was navigating a young marriage that was still tender and finding its footing, while carrying a new life inside me.
Being pregnant in the middle of a pandemic activated something in my system I hadn't encountered before. A depth of anxiety, overwhelm, and fear that I couldn't simply manage or think my way through. The question that would wake me in the night wasn't just the practical one — it was the deeper, more honest one: How do I raise a human being in this world? And beneath that: How do I do this within a marriage that is already cracking under the weight of all of this?
That's when I found coaching.
I came to it not as a professional curiosity, but as someone genuinely in need. I was carrying the weight of a new marriage under strain, the enormous identity shift of becoming a mother, and a deep uncertainty about who I was beneath all the roles suddenly being asked of me.
What I found was nothing I expected — and everything I needed.
Coaching gave me back to myself. Not the self that performs and manages and holds it all together. The self that knows — quietly and firmly — what she feels, what she needs, who she is. The awareness, the inner resources, the capacity to meet life with presence rather than panic: all of it was there, waiting to be rediscovered.
It changed my marriage. It changed the way I parent. It changed how I show up at work — with more intention, more humanity, and more of me in the room. Not because I became a different person, but because I came home to the person I already was.
Today, I bring this work to the women who find their way to me — not from having it all figured out, but from the very real, lived experience of what it means to be transformed from the inside. I know what it costs to keep going without doing the inner work. And I know, with absolute certainty, what becomes possible when you finally turn toward yourself.
"You are not broken. You are not too much. You are not failing."
You are not broken. You are not too much. You are not failing.
You are a woman who has been giving — generously, courageously, often at great cost to herself — and your system is responding exactly the way a human system does when it's been running too hard for too long.
What you need isn't to try harder. It's to go deeper.
I work from the belief that every woman already holds within her the clarity, creativity, and capacity she's looking for. My job isn't to fix you. It's to create the conditions where you can find your own way back to yourself — and trust what you find there.
I draw on multiple evidence-based methodologies — not as a menu to pick from, but woven together and held in deep presence, shaped entirely around you. There is no script. There is no formula.
You are met as a whole person — not a problem to be solved, but a human with the innate capacity for clarity and conscious choice. Co-Active coaching is the foundation of how I meet you.
NeuroTransformational Coaching works with your brain's natural capacity for change — understanding how your nervous system shapes your patterns, and creating the conditions for new ones to emerge.
We befriend the inner parts that drive your reactions — the perfectionist, the pleaser, the one who shuts down — with curiosity rather than judgment. IFS helps you understand your own inner world.
You don't exist in isolation. You are part of systems — your team, your partnership, your family — each with their own intelligence. ORSC helps us read and work with those systems, not just the individuals within them.
The NeuroAffective Relational Model works with the body as well as the mind — addressing the deeper patterns that live below conscious thought. Trauma-informed and somatic in its approach.
Before coaching, I spent nearly 20 years working in education, early childhood development, and leadership — giving me a grounded, human understanding of how people grow, lead, and parent.
My credentials represent years of dedicated study across multiple disciplines — each one chosen because it deepens the quality of what I can hold for you in the room.
I offer a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call for women ready to explore what's possible. No obligation. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
